To ensure smooth processing and timely delivery, bulk custom orders require a 50% advance payment upon confirmation, which allows us to fulfill your order according to your specifications.

Order Process

Thank you for considering DMCo. As you review the details of our products, please note the following:

  1. The prices listed in the initial list are base prices, which are ex-factory. Final pricing will be provided once key details such as order quantity, port of shipment, Incoterms, and delivery dates are confirmed by the client.

  2. Final prices may vary slightly from base prices due to fluctuations in raw material, customs and transportation costs.

  3. The prices provided are ex-factory and do not include transportation charges up to the freight.

  4. The final quotation will remain valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

  5. To receive a quotation, please provide valid identification for the business owner along with proof of business registration recognized by the relevant state authorities.

  6. The order will be considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment via bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due before customs clearance. The order shall be released only after the final payment is processed.

  7. In the event of order cancellation by the client after advance payment, the payment will not be refunded.

  8. Private labeling is available for all the products.

  9. Products can be customized and packed according to the client's specific requirements.

  10. To avoid discrepancies, all key details must be confirmed via email at the time of order placement.

  11. We also offer branding solutions and custom prints on most of our paper products. Providing a reference image will help us ensure the final product meets your expectations.
